Chalo Nitka Festival
The Chalo Nitka festival is probably the most well known event during the week long festivities. The festival is located at the Chalo Nitka grounds (across from the school board office) and includes midway games, rides, and vendor booths selling food, crafts, jewelry, and more Saturday morning after the parade. Be sure to stop by the Economic Development Council building and purchase your gate tickets beforehand to skip the traditionally long lines when the gates open! Also, don't forget to stop by the school cafeteria the morning of the parade for the Annual Pancake Breakfast, benefiting Project Graduation.
